2025-Sep/Oct: Please lobby for AREPA

Once again, hams are introducing federal legislation to allow radio amateurs to erect reasonable antennas in spite of what your HOA says. (We already have that protection from civil gov’t, and the TV-watching population is protected from CC&Rs but hams don’t enjoy the same right. Hmmm, which is more important, watching the boob tube or performing public service?)

This year’s bill is named the Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness Act (HB1094, S459).
